Course Prerequisites
Before you can commence this paramedic training you will need a current unrestricted Australian or International Driver's Licence and have no disabilities that may prevent you from carrying out the duties required for someone with these qualifications. You must also have a current Advanced First Aid Certificate and have held it for at least 12 months.
A police background check will also be undertaken prior to commencing this course.
Successful completion of the Certificate IV Healthcare (Ambulance) course is also a prerequisite for the Diploma of Paramedical Science (Ambulance)
